Clearance of the products is an extra cost, such as taxes and import duties which are charged to the recipient. The prices of the products do not include such extra costs.

For your convenience, IEROPOULOS POLUCHRONIOS & CO. suggests the following payment methods for your purchases:

a. Cash on Delivery
If the delivery of your order is in Greece, you can choose the cash on delivery method of payment where you have to make the payment at the time and place that the order is delivered. The cost is estimated depending on the value of the product of your choice and your residence. Payment by cash on the delivery of your order is done through the courier service ACS Courier. The minimum cost for Greece is 2,00 euros.

b. Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron, American Express, Diners και Discover)

7. Orders - Shipping - Availability

We accept orders from all around the world. KOMBOLOGADIKO offers to its clients free shipping for orders over 300 euros, made through the e-shop. For orders under 300 euros, delivery costs are charged to you, depending on your residence. Delivery time is estimated to 5-10 working days for the available products. During August there might be delays in relation to the orders’ procedure. The shipping cost includes your order’s insurance expenses. Your order is delivered as registered mail, through the Hellenic Post,the cost is 5 euros for countries of the European union and 10 euros for all other countries. Clearance of the products is an extra cost, such as taxes and import duties are charged to the recipient. Charges vary, depending on the applicable taxes of each country. Our customer service department will inform you about the cost of your purchase via email.

8. Cancellation of Orders

You can cancel your order as following:
If you have completed your order but it has not yet been dispatched you can call +30 212 7000500 and the customer service department will handle the cancellation of your order. This option is provided to you until the moment we will inform you about the order, via e-mail.

9. Return Policy - Exchanges

You have the right to return products purchased, without justification, strictly within 5 days from the date of receipt. You can exchange the products with others of equal or lower value. You will be charged with the direct cost of returning goods and the cost of sending the original to you. Returns are accepted only if the products and the packaging are in the same condition as received, and certainly not used.
